Lose 15 kg in Just 15 Days!

First day:

 

Lunch

 

  • 1 boiled egg
  • About 200 ml yogurt (1 cup)
  • 1 orange

 

Dinner

 

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • ½ cucumber or small piece of lettuce
  • 2 dl cooked tomatoes or 2 tomatoes
  • 2 pieces of rusk

 

Second day:

 

Lunch

 

  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 orange
  • About 200 ml yogurt (1 cup)

Dinner

 

  • 1 tomato
  • 125 gr boiled beef
  • 1 rusk
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar

 

Third day:

 

Lunch:

 

  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 orange
  • About 200 ml yogurt (1 cup)
  • 1 cucumber or 1 piece of lettuce

 

Dinner

 

  • 1 orange
  • 1 rusk
  • 125 gr boiled beef
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea

 

Forth day:

 

Lunch

 

  • 1 tomato
  • 125 gr cow milk cheese
  • 1 rusk

 

Dinner

 

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 apple
  • 1 rusk
  • 125 gr boiled beef

 

Fifth day:

 

Lunch

 

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 rusk
  • 200 gr fish or boiled meat

 

Dinner

 

  • ½ kilos boiled vegetables (potato, peas, carrot)

 

Note

 

The meat and the veggie are cooked no or just a little of salt.

The 6th and 7th day should stop the diet, and then continue it at 8th day in the same order.

During this diet you mustn’t consume any alcohol.

After the 5th day you will lose 5-10 pounds, and after the 2 days break, the diet plan should be repeated 3 times (5 days + 2 days break) and you will have no health consequences and still lose 30 pounds. Except Mondays, if you continue eating regularly each day, you won’t gain back the pounds. You should eat this on Mondays:

 

Breakfast: 1 cup of lemon juice without sugar

Lunch: 1 rusk, 1 apple

Dinner: 1 tomato, 1 rusk, 1 boiled egg

 

You can take these foods hot or cold, but it’s very important to be taken in the right order and hot to omit any. If you do not take them in the right order, or replace one food with another, you won’t gain the desired effect.
